All payments made for estimate preparation, project documentation, data entry, report generation and related services are generally non-refundable once the work has been started or completed.

Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment deducted but service not delivered.
• Technical issue caused by our system.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days to the original payment method.
